For free BASIC listing, you are required to provide the link generated by BnB.Direct to the BnB.Direct site.

Restrictions

- Post insulting, discriminatory, pornographic, threatening or inflammatory content.
- Act contrary to the purpose of the BnB.Direct site.

BnB.Direct has at all times the right to change or refuse a listing, or delete and exclude a user from the use of the BnB.Direct site, without prejudice to all other rights.

Een EXTRA/PLUS vermelding / Minisite is een betaalde uitgebreide vermelding op de BnB.Direct site(s) met meer informatie, extra foto's, een contact mogelijkheid en meer.
Voor een EXTRA/PLUS vermelding / Minisite betaalt u jaarlijks het bedrag dat vermeld staat op de BnB.Direct site. Elk jaar kunt u kiezen of u de vermelding wilt verlengen of niet. De prijs dient altijd vooraf en voor de duur van een jaar te worden betaald, en wordt tussentijds niet gerestitueerd.
De betaling en licentiering van de EXTRA/PLUS vermeldingen / Minisites worden door derden verzorgd, waaronder Paddle.com. BnB.Direct geeft uw accountnaam, uw e-mailadres en andere minimaal noodzakelijke gegevens aan deze derde partij om betaling/licentieverlening mogelijk te maken.
U kunt uw EXTRA/PLUS vermelding / Minisite op elk gewenst moment verwijderen.
Beperkingen
Het is niet toegestaan:
- Andere objecten dan het vakantieverblijf te registreren.
- Onjuiste (beschrijving, foto('s), kenmerken etc.) of irrelevante informatie over het object.
- Hetzelfde object meerdere malen aanmelden.
- Adverteren voor andere producten of diensten.
- De BnB.Direct site onredelijk te belasten of de goede werking van de BnB.Direct site te verstoren.
- Handelen in strijd met de rechten van derden, bijvoorbeeld inbreuk op intellectuele eigendomsrechten.
- Inbreuk maken op de privacy van derden.
- Beledigende, discriminerende, pornografische, bedreigende of opruiende inhoud te plaatsen.
- Handelen in strijd met het doel van de BnB.Direct site.
De bovenstaande lijst is niet uitputtend, naar het oordeel van BnB.Direct kunnen ook andere handelingen niet zijn toegestaan.
